Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 March 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website 9001.plus and any services provided by 9001 Plus Consulting Group (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Website Use
Access and availability
We strive to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to parts or all of our website for business, operational, or maintenance reasons without notice.
Acceptable use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Use the website in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected database.
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Account registration
Our website does not currently require account registration. If this changes in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.
3. Management System Self-Assessment Tool
Our Management System Self-Assessment Tool is provided as a general diagnostic and informational resource. The results generated are based on your responses and are intended to provide a high-level indication of your organisation’s management system maturity.
The self-assessment results do not constitute professional advice, a formal audit, or a guarantee of certification readiness. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for a professional assessment of your organisation’s management system.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the self-assessment tool at any time without notice.
4. Consulting Services
Engagement terms
Our consulting services are provided under separate engagement agreements. These Terms govern the use of our website and general interactions with our firm. Where a specific engagement agreement conflicts with these Terms, the engagement agreement prevails.
Scope of services
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or engagement agreement signed by both parties before work commences. No consulting work will be undertaken without a signed agreement.
Certification
While we have a 100% track record of clients achieving ISO 9001 certification, certification is ultimately granted by an independent, accredited certification body — not by us. Our role is to design and implement a management system that meets ISO 9001 requirements and to prepare your organisation for the certification audit. The certification decision rests solely with the certification body.
Client responsibilities
Successful implementation requires active participation from your leadership team and staff. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information about your organisation’s operations, structure, and processes.
- Making key personnel available for workshops, reviews, and training sessions as agreed in the engagement plan.
- Implementing agreed changes within your organisation.
- Providing timely feedback and approvals where required to maintain the project timeline.
Delays resulting from failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the engagement timeline and deliverables.
Confidentiality
All information shared between you and 9001 Plus Consulting Group during a consulting engagement is treated as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary business information to any third party without your prior written consent, except where required by law or where disclosure is necessary to fulfil the engagement (such as coordination with your chosen certification body).
5. Intellectual Property
Our intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and underlying code — is the property of 9001 Plus Consulting Group or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Engagement deliverables
Unless otherwise specified in a signed engagement agreement:
- Management system documentation, procedures, and templates created specifically for your organisation during an engagement are licensed to you for your internal business use upon full payment of all fees.
- The underlying methodology, frameworks, tools, templates, and know-how used to create those deliverables remain the intellectual property of 9001 Plus Consulting Group.
- You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or make available to third parties any deliverables or materials provided during an engagement without our prior written consent.
Website content
You may view, download, and print pages from our website for your own personal or internal business reference, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6. Case Studies and Testimonials

Specific results described in case studies reflect the outcomes achieved by individual clients and are influenced by factors specific to each organisation. Results may vary and are not guaranteed for future engagements.
Client names, industry details, and identifying information are published with the knowledge and consent of the relevant clients.
